The Computer Cafe offers a wide variety of services to help all levels of computer users.  On-site service is one of them.  Different than in-shop repair, the on-site technician can help install your wireless networks, share printers, scanners & files, hardware installatons, troublshoot problems with your network and so much more.

There is no travel charge for in-home visits 15 miles or less from Wexford.  The travel charge for visits more than 15 miles from Wexford depend on the distance.  Call the shop for an estimate.

In some cases, upon assessing the situation at your home the technician will advise that the computer be brought into the shop.  This recommendation is generally based on the efficiency and cost of repairing the computer on-site, the availability of parts, or the need for special equipment located at the shop.  As a general rule, we recommend that virus removal be performed at the shop.
